Career Culture was built on this concept and created as a space to examine the connections between Culture, Engagement, Career and Professional Development and Performance. It is a place to better understand how “where” we work affects “how” we work, and to engage with ways to improve, strengthen and empower those connections in order to drive performance and increase organizational success and professional satisfaction.

Drew Collins

Founder|Coach

Drew Collins is a coach and thought leader with a drive to conceptualize, create and realize projects and programs focused on developing individuals and teams.

Drew holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential through the International Coaching Federation, is a Certified Professional Coach through the International Coaching Academy, and also has Diversity & Inclusion Certification through Cornell University.

Throughout his professional life, Drew has fulfilled various roles in Professional Development, Talent Management and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and is keenly focused on how to align culture and performance for professionals.

As a former practicing attorney, Drew received his JD from Northeastern University and his BA from Tufts University.

He lives in Los Angeles with his husband and standard poodle and, when not working, can usually be found at the gym, running, writing, or headed to Disneyland.
